ProSuite - Software with work instructions for the manufacturing industry
Due to complex processes, assembly lines still require a large number of human operators, which can lead to human error. To address this issue, we have developed our software product, ProSuite.
ProSuite software combines traceability with process control. Traceability essentially means compiling all recorded data, while process control involves the operator following the correct guidelines through step-by-step instructions via a digital interface and by enabling or disabling the tools they need.

Why “digital instructions” alone are not enough to prevent defects
Basic
With ProSuite Basic, we equip a single workstation with our software solutions. Our software solutions guide operators through the required steps at their assembly station. While the operator performs the requested task, the software controls and records all assembly results. All data is stored locally. The tool can be disabled if an attempt is made to tighten the wrong bolt or if the bolts are tightened in the wrong order. An interactive socket holder indicates which socket should be used and disables the tool if the wrong socket is inserted. The screen guides the operator through the sequence by visually indicating what the operator needs to do.
Expert
Multiple individual stations can be connected to each other to store all local data on a central server. The server manages the status of all stations and tracks each product by its serial number. The server issues an alert when a problem occurs and allows the products with that serial number to be isolated. The software is integrated into the customer’s network, allowing torque values, tasks, and other data to be linked to all other information associated with the product bearing that serial number.
Enterprise
Various stations are connected to each other to receive the tasks that each operator must perform at their specific station and to store all data on a central server. Once the product has been imported into the system using its serial number, all other tasks are performed automatically.
