In many production environments, quality checks happen at the end of the line. This usually involves a quality inspector using a paper or digital checklist to verify if the products meets the customer's order. While this method ensures a good quality standard, it's not the most efficient approach. 

At ProSuite, we believe there's a better way: Building Quality throughout the entire process.

Here's how we do it:

• We start with the customer's original order details.
• Based on these details and the configuration set by the process engineer, we create specific work instructions for each workstation.
• ​These instructions are almost unique, precisely reflecting what the customer ordered.
• Using the order information, we configure all assembly devices and only allow progression to the next step when integrated tools, barcodes, IoT devices, and PLCs confirm everything is correct.

This approach provides an objective signal for each step, making errors virtually impossible and ensuring flawless quality from start to finish. ​
